Thanks Mike and Peg. My grandpa is going to be fine. He has stage 3 cancer. It is in his pancreas and it is on some surrounding organs but not in them. The doctors said they can kill it with radiation and real light chemo. Here is the video of the flathead. Not sure why but there are a couple spots where the sound goes out. Don't worry I'm not being a jerk to Trent. I tease him all the time about being a sissy.

Thanks Peg. I was thinking about which band to use next and decided on Nickelback. None of their songs are happy though except for one. I doubt Mike will want me using it though. It cusses and is about partying. I love the music to it though. Go to youtube and search for "nickelback burn it to the ground". Here is video with some bass e caught and I filled the end up with the flathead.

We went up to lake Jericho today for a family reunion. Ofcourse I couldn't sit there that close to water and not fish in it so I picked up a couple dozen minnows on the way in. I just fished off the dock. Fishing was slow but steady. I caught several crappie, bass, bullheads, and bluegill. The biggest crappie was about 12 inches, biggest bass was 20-21 inches. Towards the end of the trip I took off the bobber and dropped the minnow straight down off the dock and jigged it. I hung into something big (probably a really nice channel). He didn't bite hard but once I set the hook it doubled over the rod and took off under the dock. It peeled a bunch of drag but he broke the line. With all the snags and rocks I doubt I couldve got him in but I still wouldve liked to see it. Sorry no pics.

Yep...movie maker...I've never inserted vids though...I'll have to try that.

It is exactly like importing pictures and then you can drag the edges to pick what parts of the video you want and when to stop it.

The reports and video's have been awesome willy, i haven't been out for a few days now because of the weather either being to cold or to windy or raining or all 3 at the same time or heck we just got snow on Friday so yep i haven't been out for a few days so i enjoy reading and seeing your reports. Congrats to you 2 catching the fish im just glad to see fish being caught.

Great report and video!

Thanks Andrew, Mike, and Peg. I just noticed I skipped a report. All of the bass in the first part of the video was from the last trip to Mr. Manns. It will be the last trip for sure now because they are completely moved out. As usual we were throwing live bluegill and they didn't last long. It was the night and day after we got back from spring break. The first night we didn't take a camera because the battery was dead. We caught 8-9 that night with the biggest being 4-5 pounds. The second day we took the camera for a little while before the battery died. We ended up with 8-9 again that day with the biggest also being about 4 pounds. Here are the pics we did take.












And of course we caught holy.

Today we had a good day. They stocked for the R&G club tournament sometime recently. The tournament is still 2 weeks away. I almost don't want to fish it. I can guarantee the fish will be gone in a week. There won't be half a dozen maybe 10 fish caught in the tournament. Who ever can catch 2 fish or 1 decent fish will win it. I would hate to break my winning streak with this tournament but I guess I will fish it. I have as good or better chance of winning than most and I could win 150 dollars. Anyways the channels were on fire today. We could only keep 3 a piece though. We had our 9 in half an hour tops. They were biting on little bluegill. We probably ended up with atleast 15-16 fish. Also to top off the day I caught a 15 1/2 inch crappie as we left. I hated to leave the fish biting like that. Sorry about the straight arm pose I didn't even notice I was doing it.

Great catches, Willy. It will probably be another week before we can go out and do some good fishing. All of the rivers around here are out of their banks again from all the rain. Unfortunately, we're supposed to get some more rain on Monday and Tuesday. Hopefully by next weekend, it will dry up enough to be able to go do some fishing in a couple ponds around here.

Thanks Andrew, Greg, and Peg. I guess I need another update. Today I caught 4 at Danny's. The first 2 I caught I didn't have a camera but when I caught the big one I came got my camera. Biggest was 30 inches and the others were the 2 pounders I have put in from the past few days. Yesterday We were at the rod and gun club and only caught 2 a piece but my cousin's grandson caught his first cat. Here are some pics.

Today I only had 2 bites. One of them was a real nice crappie. Missed the other one. I can't believe how small this crappie looks but is about an inch bigger than my shoe so that would make him about 16 inches.

Great report and catches, Willy!~! Keep up the great work!~! Will probably be another week before we can get out and fish again since we've had so much rain. Have over 7" for May already.. TOO wet, that's for sure. All the rivers are out of their banks again...

Thanks Peg. I asked Mike about the video I'm going to post when it finishes uploading. It cusses but it is one of my favorite songs. I love the music to it. I made it earlier than I wanted because I needed the points in Mr. Mitchell's so it is not the best. You will see in one part there were some weeds in front that I didn't see. Then I filled the last part of it with the little channels. Today I went to Danny's with 3 bluegill and some bluegill fillet. I was there about 30 minutes when the rod with a bluegill on it starts to go crazy. I picked up the rod and checked my slack. The video takes over from there.





Figures I left right after that. I tried to post the video but it doesn't have sound.

That is wierd that the sound doesn't work. It works fine on my computer. I guess I could email it to you if you want to see it.
