| I seen him a while back and he is definetly braver than me! My uncle will jump in the water and get them while they are nesting. Pretty stupid if you ask me. One of these days he is going to lose a couple fingers doing that. The guy in the video is lucky he didn't get bit in the video. Watch the video and whenever the bottom of the shell is not facing him he could've been bit. They can bite to the side, straight out, and back but not under their shell. | |

| It deffinetly won't feel good. As long as you don't be stupid around them they are pretty safe. The closest I have ever been to being bit was when I took my guard down for half second when my cousin said something. I turned without turning the turtle because he couldve bit Jake. It is kind of hard to explain but it's side was straight to my side and he nailed my shorts. Luckily he didn't get my leg but it surprised me. They can snap quicker than you can react and some people need to respect it. My uncle will get drunk and smack them on the head in the tank. Not in a tank by themselves either. When I run lines I will run them for 2-3 days and I am likely to have 15-20 or more in the tank at one time. | |

| That is crazy.... I would never do anything like that. I will just stick to trot lines or catching them by accident on rod and reel... Much safer that way LOLOL | |
