busy weekend

Folks you more than likely will see less of me the next week, our deer hunting season opens today and with the paper route and all i will be tied up busy the whole week. I will be on but it will be weird times that i am on here unlike all the time, i really hope that i get my deer right away well my son to so that i can stay home wish me luck lolol.

Well was in the stand by 5:30 AM 1 hour before sunrise, didn't see anything this morning but it sounded like there was a war all around us. We will be hunting while we are on the paper route, plus i will be back in the stand by about 3:30 4 o'clock more updates later.

Well nothing again tonight, there wasn't even much for shooting this evening so i don't feel so bad maybe better luck tomorrow morning.

Shotguns and muzzle loaders here now, there working on changing the law for that though.

Yesterday morning we seen 2 but was to far off to get any shots, again there wasn't much for shooting so the deer weren't pressured as much. And last night just plain old sucked, we had a flat tire yesterday while we were finishing up the paper route and the only place to get it fixed is 40 miles away on a Sunday so away we went. Well that made it so that we didn't get out to hunt but wouldn't you know that right out from my stand there stood a deer and we had no guns man that just pissed me off lolol. Well i can't find a smilie that fits this but i was pissed.

Well it was foggy as all get out this morning so we drove around and seen 7 deer, i got off one shot at a big buck that was on a dead run and i missed. My son got a shot at a doe that was at a pretty good distance like 300 yards and he damn near got it only missing by about a foot. Now working on my truck because it still don't run hopefully i will get her going good enough to go hunting later.
