You ever get tired of being home just staring at the walls or just tired of the same old thing everyday and need to get out of town for a few days?...I think most everyone can relate to what i'm talking about....Where do you like to go when you get this feeling?....do you just take a drive up/down state visiting a few towns and eating out or do you find a special location to go and relax for a few days by the lake?...Even if you dont go anywhere ,where would you like to go?

I mostly go to my neighbors pond or the old rock quarry. When I get the chance I go to Vernon Florida. You might know where it is but for everyone else it is about 30 minutes away from panama city beach in the florida panhandle.

I like to drive the back roads. When I was younger and gas was much cheaper sometimes we would take a road trip. Fill up the cooler and the gas tank and drive about 1/2 a tank out, then turn around and come home. When I lived in Ohio I loved going to Old Man's cave. The best therapy for me is just being outside in nature. When I lived in Texas I loved going to Galveston or Texas City.

I just got back from a little trip. We can't think of anywhere else to go so we go to the Smoky Mountains. This time we went to Boone, NC and drove back down the Blue Ridge Parkway to Cherokee NC and blew a few bucks at the Indian casino, then over the mountains to Pigeon Forge. We were gone for 3 days and I'm ready to go again. I just can't get enough of the mountains. We won't be going again in July though. It's the busiest time of the year and we don't like crowds.

We also like to take road trips out in the country, BFE, amish country... Anything of that nature. We also like to go out and check out new lakes etc. that we haven't seen before. We can always find a place to go as in Ohio there are TONS AND TONS of back country roads. Sometimes we will just pull off and watch some wildlife when we see them.
