This is a few pics i took of the roads we travel and all the snow that is plowed up waiting to drift back shut but deeper on the next storm, the roads are glare ice were ever there is any snow on them the wind has them polished slick.

These last 3 is the road that goes past my house, it gets deep every time the road blows shut.

Those gravel roads are a pain in the ass in the winter time. I feel for you. But I'm also glad that it's better ye than me! LOL... We have very few back roads anymore that are all gravel.. Go to Michigan and that's a different story. They have LOTS of back roads. However, most of them are well maintained... Some of the back roads that are way out in the country gets plowed last, if at all.

Our roads are getting slick again tonite too. We haven't got the new snow yet, but the old stuff is blowing something fierce tonite and making ice on the roads. Every where I go, gravel or highway we've got drifts higher than a pickup. Many of them can't be plowed anymore, they have to wait for the blower to go through.

That is the way it is getting here with only 1 lane traffic on some of them, they started blowing the corners about a week ago but they have a long ways to go to get caught up another storm would really mess things up big time..
