New Years Eve last trip of 2007 pictures

Caught 3 stripers a spotted bass and a couple perch. The lake was super foggy in the morning but all in all it was a beautifull day. Marked tons of big stripers stacked up all over the place but very few that were hungry.

I was getting a little worried I wasnt gonna get my new years eve striper and boom two within 5 minutes and 40 feet from each other


and this is what happens when there is only one boat ramp open on a 38,000 acre lake You should have seen the line waiting to launch it was out of the parking lot and heading up the road

Tell me about it Mike Im digging this open water and active fish year round deal
The flatheads are still feeding hot and heavy in the lakes down here and the channels dont seem to have really moved into a winter patern yet. A guy could get used to this lol
