I've been out a couple time with only a few small walleyes and a little pike to show. I don't get out too much because of work and the fact that I dislike going on the weekends because of the crowds around here Crying or Very sad I'd rather fish in solitude than be surrounded by a bunch of jerks.

you got that right buddy, thats why i fish the week days around here because the noise on the lakes is just bad on the weekends, and you if ya catch one they have to set up right next to ya. cheers

well I wasnt on the hardwater but I did try my hand at some stripers on Christmas Eve and it was a bust. The stripers were definately in the creek arm we fished cause the bait were pushed right up on the surface and the birds were working heavy that water was boiling with stripers and bait but they were either just out of reach or they werent interested in what we were throwing at them Sad
