Salmon Casserole.

Ingredients 1 16-ounce) Can Salmon ((Can Use Fresh Salmon Also)), Drained And Flaked 2 Cups Noodles, Cooked And Drained 1 Cup Cottage Cheese 1 Cup Sour Cream 1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped 2 Teaspoon Chopped Dill Salt And Pepper To Taste 2 Tbsp. Dried Bread Or Cracker Crumbs

Directions

Preheat Oven To 350 F (175 C).

Combine All Ingredients, Mixing Well. Spoon Into A Greased Casserole Dish. Top With Crumbs. Bake For 35 To 40 Minutes Or Until Bubbly And Lightly Browned.

Makes 4 Servings.

NOTE TO COOK. ----- If Using Fresh Salmon You Need To Cook The Salmon First Using Any Method That You Prefer, Then Flake And Weigh Out 16 Ounces For The Recipe.
