This Recipe Is Really Good With Any Fish, But We Use Walleye Fillets And For Being Baked It Is Really Good.
Walleye Parmesan
2-Walleye Fillets (Or Any White Fish)
1-Lemon
1/3 Cup-Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup-White Wine (Cooking Wine)
2-3 Pats Of Margarine Or Butter (Optional)
1/3 Cup-Bread Crumbs
Method:
Place Fish In Broiling Pan. Add Wine. Sprinkle Bread Crumbs And Parmesan Cheese Over Fish And Top With Pats Of Butter Or Margarine. Broil For 10-15 Minutes Until Fish Turns Opaque. Serve With Lemon Slices.
