New way of thinking for me

Well I came to a conclusion this week that I need to focus on the "what is" instead of the "what if's". Mainly because the what if's rarely happen. I'm going to try and be more positive instead of immediately thinking the worst in a situation.

Yep yep, Ridge! you can't dwell on the "what if's". That will just lead to more depression and frustration. Think positive outcomes. You will be much better off and you will feel much better too!
