Fried sunfish/Tator Wedges.
Fillet Sunfish And Wash Good In Salted Water.
1 Cup Instant Potato Flakes.
1 Teaspoon Salt.
1 Teaspoon Pepper.
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder.
Margarine To Cook Fish.
Mix Together In A Small Pan And Set Aside.
Potato Wedges Amount Very's To How Many Are Eating.
Wash Potato's Good And Cut Into Wedges And Place On Greased Cookie Sheet. Now Spray Potato Wedges With Cooking Spray Garlic Flavor If You Got It If Not Thats Ok. Now Sprinkle Some Garlic Salt And Parmesan Cheese On The Potato Wedges And Put In A 350 Degree Oven Till Fork Tender. When Potato's Are Just About Down Heat Fry Pan For Fish, Now Pat Dry Fish Fillets And Roll Them In The Potato Flake Mixture And Fry Till Fish Flakes With A Fork But Don't Over Cook. Now It's Time To Chow And Man Is It Good.
