Yep i fry them up, Roll them in flour and salt and pepper with a dash of garlic powder and man they are awesome, just be careful though because if ya break a sack open in the pan they pop like popcorn and will splatter you with grease. yum yum yum

Nice job, Mike.. Yep yep.. gotta watch the egg sacks that break when they're in the grease.. They will pop worse than popcorn... Fish eggs YUM YUM YUM!~!
