| While I've been sitting around being slightly bored during all this cold weather, I got to thinking about diffferent ways I could rig up this year and see what seems to work the best for me. By having a bobber on one end of my setup and a sinker on the other, I can actually keep my bait either on the top or bottom, depending on how much wieght and how much bobber whether it's a top rig or bottom rig. We are only allowed to have two hookls per pole here in IL so that's what the drawing depicts, I'm a very bad artist so don't beat me to bad. papa M= main line B= bobber S= swivel Hooks are self explanatory W=Wieght Here is another one that is similiar but I'm gonna try them both. Wait I have one more, lol. This one you can make the bobber leader and the sinker leader both the same length so you can get down to quite a long way with your bait being held from the top, due to when you cast the sinker and bait is going out and the bobber will he holding the rear so when they hit they won't or should I say they shouldn't get tangleds, they may tangle when bringing them in, but not sure, just have to try them. Let me know what you think?? papa '

| Papa
You may want to think of using drinking straws or plastic tubing to keep hooks out away from the dropline. Just double your leader thrugh the straw and tie hook. Live baits would tangle that rig. | |

| I want to try these 3 plus one on the bottom and one with a planner bobber and see which does the best. I really think the planner bobber is going to be the most fun, don't know it it will be the best as of yet though. Warm weather will tell. lol | |
