O.K. A Woman And Her Husband Were Out Drinking At The Local Pubs When They Decided To Call It A Day And Head Home, While On The Way Home They Were Arguing About The Woman Being To Drunk To Drive And She Disagreed. Well The Husband Asked Her To Call 911 And Ask Them, So She Called Asked The 911 Dispatcher If There Was An Officer That Could Follow Her Home Because Her Husband Thought That She Was To Drunk To Drive. Well The Couple Made It Home So The Sheriff Department Went To There Home Were They Gave Her A Breath Test That Came Up .14 Meaning She Was To Intoxicated To Drive, So They Issued Her A Driving Under The Influence Ticket And Left Them At There Home Arguing With Each Other. lol!

It's true I seen it on the news...The thing is the truck she was driving was put in the shed, she was already in her pajamas...Ready for bed when they got to her house..I believe she can fight this and get out of it..All she has to say is she drank more once she got home...

She made an admission of guilt by phone and that 911 tape will be used agains't her in court..The only thing the cops had to do by law was get to her,,give the sobority tests in a timely manner.Its the same as if she had called and admitted to murder,,an arreset could be made just by that call but then it has to go through the court system.
