Fort Morgan/Bon Secour Bay/Canal Pics

This is a place called the Pines on fort morgan rd about half way down overlooking Bon Secour bay and is a great place for flounder gigging...Theres a small boat launch for small boats only due to very shallow water...We use to sit here with a bonfire down by the water and play cards in between flounder gigging runs...Cant do that anymore with the fire though.

That pier actually use to be the old ferry launch that cars drove onto and then loaded on the ferry...The new ferry launch is in the 3rd pic.

Have not been to Virginia beach....Been to Floridas east coast...Georgia coast, SC Coast, NC Coast,....I sure would like to go to the Chesapeake Bay though...I hear there is some good fishing there.

Heres a couple of pics from Fort Morgan ...waiting on a storm to pass through so we can fish.

I lived in Virginia Beach for 3 1/2 years. Fished piers from Chincoteague, Va clear to Cape Hatteras, NC.

I've fished the Cherry Grove Sc pier and a couple of piers around the hatteras area up to kill devil hills.

Man, I have been there Virginia Beach and Kill devil hills! I'll check up the pics of VA Beach and Kill devil hills soon. And Chesapeake Bay- I have been there on the pier, saw guy almost caught a cobia, it was long battle so it was awesome to watch it.
