Brinkman Charcoal Smoker

This morning my son came over with my fathers day present and i am for sure going to put this thing to work, it is by far the biggest portable smoker i have ever owned so yep it will go places for sure. Bought me some pork loin, loin back ribs, Chicken and one thing i really like is smoked pork chops so yep i will be busy for sure for a few days. Oh ya and the kid is out fishing right now and im hoping that he brings me home some northern pike to put on there, love that smoked fish.

that is nice mike, thats what im going to try and get in the next few weeks when i saves up a bet more money lol thay dont go cheap around here.

Im going to be smoking fish i think today i haven't decided yet that is wht i didn't put it in my plans for the day it's just to damn muggy out to decide things for outside. lololol

I understand that one, Mike.... It's kind of muggy here too... I'm going to be doing my weather report here soon, so you can see what we're looking at today also! That's good that you're going to smoke them today. Hopefully they will fix you a nice dinner on Father's Day!

I have one nearly like that...Mine has the one piece door all the way from top to bottom....Took a little getting use to but they work well......Congrats!!!
