The other day i come into chat here at Big Fish and they were talking about eating Oysters folks that is one of my most favorite meals to eat, now i told them that i had a dozen cans in my cupboard but i was wrong i only have 6 cans plus one can of smoked Oysters, Here is a picture of my cupboard the cans are at the right side bottom in the middle of the bottom shelf, the smoked Oysters are the little red box on the right side top middle.

Got a few live ones yesterday for 45 cents each. Only got 10 and should have gotten more. Also bought some little necks but they are gone now.

A month ago I went over close to Datona Beach area to a sea food store and their fresh oysters were $3.50 a dozen so I got 4 dozen that day. We usually lightly steam them but next time I think we will stick them on the grill for a couple of minutes only long enough for them to open up.

My sauce is always horseradish and ketchup mixed.

Good stuff! bounce

I don't even like that unless it is fishers. I don't like anything raw that I can think of.

Nothing wrong with a few good NW Florida salty oysters with a shot of hot sauce...Raw of course with a cold beer.....Gotta be "select".
