That blue and white is a mobil home about a block from our house. There are two of them there, was three but they are thinning them out around town. Any new ones that come in have to go to the mobil home park, your not allowed to put them on private property anymore in town. By the time you buy a new one and move it into the park, it's cheaper to make house payment.
