Potato Chip Crusted Fish fillets
Ingredients.
2 Pounds Fish Fillets
1/2 Cup Italian Salad Dressing
1 Cup Crushed Potato Chips
1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Preparation:
Dip Fish In The Salad Dressing. Place In A Greased Baking Dish In A Single Layer, Skin Side Down.
Preheat oven to 500°.
Combine Potato Chips And Cheese; Sprinkle Over Fish. Bake For 10 To 15 Minutes, Or Until Fish Flakes Easily When Tested With A Fork.
I Have Tried This Myself Folks And If You Like That Crunchy Texture On Your Fish, You Will Like This For Sure. I Also Like A Sprinkle Of Lemon Over The Top Of The Fish Right When You Dish It Up YUM YUM YUM.
