Folks I Want To Apologize For My Absence Today But Me And My To Boys Had To Rebuild My WELL Jack The Gears Decided To Crap Out On Us, Man Did That Suck But Now Things Are Pretty Much Back To Normal With This Old WELL And Im Back.

No problem Mike. You gotta do what you gotta do. Glad you got her fixed and hope it didn't cost an arm and a leg to do it.

OH No! not well problems again. That was my first reaction

Well Bernie It Was A Little Bit Costly, But We Could Fix It Our Selves What Had Happened Was The Bearings Went Out On The Main Gear Drive In The Pump Jack Itself Which We Did Not Catch In Time So It Put Out Both The Main Bearings. We Had To Repair A Different Pump Jack That We Bought Used But In Better Condition And Replace The Old Jack With It, In All It Was About A 7 Hour Job Because We Had To Learn On Our Own As We Did It (Started A 4PM Went Till 11PM.) Water Is Going Great Again And I For See No More Fixing YIPPY.

Just drop about 6 sticks of dynamite down it with a good wieght, then you won't have to worry about it, you'll have a pond.

Darn Mike; That takes a lot of stamana to keep working when every thing seems like a downer. I can appreciate that. That reminds me of a little house that I had when I was a batchler about 17 years ago. It was on new years eve. The water stopped and it must have been 10 or 15 below. I went down in the well pit and did what I could and it was so cold things started breaking because of freezing up. I then replaced some pump parts which did not work. Terrible problem. I ended up with replacing that jet pump with a used one myself which finally worked after a few days. It was not fun but I did what I had to do.
