Our Day Today 12/19/07

got some thing to eat today, was real slow in the beginning then when we were deciding whether to go home or not they started biting. here is one that was caught and released.


and here are the eaters we got this is my son mike jr (knightfisher).

Those are some good eating there my friend...What was you using for bait?

well we threw every thing we had at them in the beginning then we finally found some thing that they want for a color on the hooks. im not sure of the boy's color but i had on one of the hooks like you use tessie but mine was just plain silver and i also had on a plain hooked that glowed in the dark. as far as bait we were using both the crappie minnow and the fathead.

Mike,thats some good crappie,I bet they would really hit small live minnows.

yep thats what we were using, plus we had fatheads on a couple hooks for the walleye, but the crappie ate them to. we only got 5 walleye but they were only 6 inches long and went back to grow up.

Now Mike I noticed in that picture that your not wearing your Pink No. 8 Pajamas. What's the deal with that. Were they in the laundry or did you wear them out or something???

i didn't have time to change yet we had just got home. LOLOLOL didn't get them on till after 11 PM.
