What Is Your Favorite Vedgi That You Like From The Garden And How Do You Like To Fix It To Eat.

Egg Plant and Straight Neck yellow squash.. Fried golden brown.

Well I know tomatoes is really a fruit....But I don't care...It's my favorite from the garden....
Sliced on bread with mayo...Salt and Pepper to taste...With a cold glass of iced tea...

That is a tough one as my taster changes almost daily.

Now if I had a garden it would be nice fresh salad vegtables with balsamic vinegar and fresh ground black pepper. Telecherry pepper corns from India of course.

Mike thats a really tough one as Bernie said. I guess I gotta go with zuchinni and yellow neck squash

Yes It Is A Tough One Because I Like Them All But Mine That Tops The List Is Asparagus, Top Way To Fix Is Steamed Then When Down Crisp Tender Put A Little Butter With Some Parmesan Cheese Over It Yum Yum Yum. But Yes The Next That Tops The List Is Acorn Squash Cut In Half Then Put Butter And Brown Sugar In Them And Bake Till Tender Scoop Out Of Shell And Top With Small marshmallows While Hot So They Melt Yum Yum Yum.

Mike you read my mind for today. Tonight it is smelt, Asparagus and squash and I just purchased it before reading this. Small world.

Lets see this is really a tuffy, tomato's, no, corn on the cob, no, green beans, no, egg plant, no, asparagus, no, green peppers, no, jalapeno's, no, I just don't know.

Oh, and I forgot okra.

Okra. Fried of course. I have eaten the boiled okra and it tastes good, but it's a little too slimy for my liking.

Hot peppers fixed any way or in anything..........or spaghetti squash. I'd rather eat spaghetti squash than spaghetti pasta.

I only tried okra once in my life and decided I do not like it at all. So there! Perhaps I did not try it the correct way but no thanks once was enough.

On second thought, I guess white beans would have to be my favorite. If I had only one thing to eat from now on, I would choose white beans.
