This is a thing that I do from time to time...Its a gut buster of a meal and will stick to your ribs all day long.
Indredients:
Hoagie Buns/Sub Rolls
Large grade A eggs
Ham
Bacon
Smoked Sausage
Grits
Butter
Velveeta Cheese
Directions:
1 Make a small pot of grits by directions (salt/pepper to taste), ...Add cheese to the grits until the melted cheese changes color of grits and add a dollop of butter or margarine.
2 Fry 4 slices of bacon per hoagie
3 Hard fry 2 eggs per hoagie....set aside
4 Fry or grill a link of smoked sausage as long as the hoagie that is split down the middle long ways.
5 Heat up some buffet ham/picnic ham in the skillet or on the grill.
6 Toast the hoagie buns if you want then spoon and smear a layer of cheesy grits ...layer the rest of the ingredients however you want then chow down.
