Ingredients
Catfish Fillets.
1 Cup Flour.
1 Teaspoon Pepper.
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt.
1 Teaspoon Chicken Seasoning.
Directions.
Put All Dry Ingredients In A 1 Gallon Zip-Lock And Mix, Once Mixed Put Catfish Fillets In Bag Seal And Shake Till All Fish Are Coated Let Sit For 10 Minutes The Salt Will Draw moisture From The Fish So After 10 Minutes Shake Again Then Fry In Butter Flavored Crisco Till Golden Brown.
Fried Potato's.
Sliced Potato's.
Fresh Cut Mushrooms.
And Diced Onions.
Salt/Pepper To Taste.
Depending On How Many Potato's You Are Frying I Use Margarine To Fry Them In.
Garnish With Cherry Tomato's.
