Cold here but no snow...It missed us by 100 miles he other day

Wish we could get 2 inches for Christmas.

We have had snow on the ground for over a week. Of course tomorrow starts our black powder season and most of it is gone. We are supposed to get more on Sunday but it doesn't matter. I've been too sick to hunt anyway.

Nope. My ear is screwed up again but I would hunt with that. MY throat is messed up pretty bad. I can't talk at all without clearing my throat and even after I do I still can't talk much. It hurts really bad to cough or even sneeze but it is getting better now.

We only got 5 inches here were i am but just 30 miles south and east of me they got 17 inches yikes but would have loved for it to hit here, and willy i sure hope you get better soon with that ear.

No snow here but its cold enough for it.

Thanks Mike. The meds must be working because I feel fine but its still kind of hard to talk. Good enough to go hunting and we got more snow last night.

Yup but there was no need to follow a blood trail. I shot another doe and never seen a shooter buck. Them 245 grain powerbelts backed with 150 grains of triple seven powder do some damage. I've only shot 3 deer with that combo but none have went over 20 yards. There was blood everywhere but you could see her from where I shot her.
