As a lot of you know that use heavy line is that the reels cast better after the line has gotten wet, I take a bottle of drinking water and pour it on all my reels before I start fishing. It makes heavy line cast better........

I am fortunate enough here in Ohio to have water everywhere I fish.Very Happy
I expect soon after I buy water the goverment will tax me to breath air.

The James River boyz solve the casting problem with heavy line.
They have half pound weights and half pound baits. Just make
sure to stay out of the line of fire when they cast.

I never thought about it either, but with my Penn 209's I wet the line so it don't burn my thumb off when I cast.
