Wal-mart can kiss my a$$

I've been sick of wal-mart for a long time. 30 checkout lanes, and no matter how many people are in line, they won't have more than a half dozen open at once. I got so mad one day I just left my cart and walked out. Didn't have anything I needed that bad anyway. Well the other day was the final straw. I sent the youngest son there a couple months ago to get the oil changed in the wifes car. When we bought it, we got a few free oil changes at the dealer, but after that we've been going to walmart to get it done. He called me and said they told him something was wrong with the oil plug, and they wouldn't change it. I just told him to bring it home, and the wife took it in a few days later, and got them to do it. She took it in again a couple days ago for another oil change, and they told her the plug had been stripped, an expandable plug put in, and no way would they change the oil. She told them if the plug was bad, they had done it in the first place. They said they didn't, she told them the sticker was in the window from the last time, they told her they had no record on their computer of ever having serviced our car! She was so damn mad she left her cart full of groceries in the automotive department and walked out. Took the car to Jiffy Lube, where they changed the oil and put in a new plug. They told her a lot of their business comes from disgusted walmart customers. I change the oil in my pickup myself, but these small cars won't even go up my ramps, so I guess it's Jiffy Lube from now on. As far as I'm concerned I don't care if we never set foot in a walmart again. If I can't find what I need in Kmart or Theisens from now on, I'll drive another 30 miles or order it online.

cant say i blame ya there ....im a wal-mart hater too .....but its the only store around here .....45 miles to a k-mart...ive been in are walmart 7 times in 2 weeks lookin for the yellow small worm boxes ....well we ordered them ...they say .....we have a walmart distubution right here too ......2 weeks an they cant get one in there store wonder if the delivery guy is an ant ??? no couldent be .....hed have it the 3 miles that it is !!!!!!

I completely understand what you're saying, graybeard & Scott. I WAS an employee for a year. I hated it. It wasn't bad when I was in Lawn & Garden, but after being put to a front-end cashier, then in Electronics, it was HORRIBLE. They treat the employees like robots. We are slaves for them. There has been SOOOO many people complain about the store mgr. He is definately a JERK. You think it's bad as a customer, try being an employee. I'm glad I'm not working there any more. Unemployment here I come, as they terminated me on the wrong date. I was still under Dr's orders till Apr. 19th. I'm sure that the HR lady is going to be in BIG trouble over this when Corporate finds this out. LOLOL Guess she should have looked at what the Dr. wrote on there and not go by my dates that I had on there, as the Dr. over-rides ANY date that I have on the FMLA papers. There is a lot of other stuff going on with them too... Just too much bullshit to go in to. I will WIN this case over Wal-Mart and get my unemployment that they will be pissed about having to pay it LOLOL

I got tires at Wally World once. I was there looking through the glass and the idiot put the air gun on my hood. I yelled at him and told him to get that damn gun off my car. He looked really surprised, but he complied. Now when I get tires there I take in one wheel at a time and I put them on the car myself. WalMart automotive is a joke.

The WalMart automotive Department watches for me when i come and when i do any women that work in that department disappears. We have gone there now for many years and like any other time we went and got tires there, and down the road about a month later we had a belt separation on one of the tires we got. So we headed back to walMart with warranty in hand, (this is were it started that the women leave that department) this lady walks up and says looks like you have a tire problem. (Im like DUH) She called the department floor manager to where we were and he looked at it and said well you won't get full warranty which i new that as it was wore enough to that point, i said to just replace it with a new tire and he said ok it will be a 1/2 hour. So we went and got our groceries and came back after about 45 minutes and the first thing out of this woman's mouth was that we had way to much air pressure in the tire (there was 62lbs in it), i looked at her and said lady we got the tire done here and that no one had touched that tire since we got it. I also told her not to try any thing as i was in the tire business for 8 years and i was around my dad that worked in tires for over 40 years and that i know more than she does with tires. She tried to tell me then that the extra tire pressure then must have came from driving on the tire then and that i needed to watch the pressure on the tires. we folks i come unglued right then and there and in front of the floor manager i told her were to go and that she needed to go take classes and learn what the hell she is talking about, the floor manager told her to leave and he took over, he said that he would look into what had happen with the tire when they put it on the van. He apologized for the women and i told him the best thing he could do is to keep the women out of that department, he actually agreed and because of the mishap they gave us full warranty on the tire. As of today the women leave when i come in for tires which is the only thing in that department we go for but we do like ridge does now 1 tire at a time but we do it right in the parking lot lolol, the boy can do a tire in 10 minutes and all he wants for it is to eat at taco bell lolol.
