Barbecue Salmon Steaks.
Ingredients.
4 salmon steaks - about 1" (2.5cm) thick
salt and pepper
paprika
garlic salt
lemon juice
Directions.
Using a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice, add salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt to taste.
Brush over the salmon steaks. Barbecue for about 6 minutes, basting frequently - turn and baste again - cook for a further 5 minutes or so until the salmon is cooked.
