went to BPS today they are having a boat show today thru the 27
i picked up this kill'r b for $4.98

I use to have one close to that but it got ate by a big pike and i never seen it again.LOLOL

I do not have a good assortment of lures at all. Only a few old ones. I have been mostly a live bait fisherman.

I must invest and get a good assortment for use down here. They sure are expensive if you buy a lot of them however so I do not want to make many mistakes.

I know what you mean Mike..We went to a private lake a couple years ago..No one had fished it in a couple years..My son decides he is bass fishing..So he puts on his best lure and throws it out..I think every fish in the lake come up to look at it but nothing would bite it..LOL..I laughed so hard I was crying..When he would reel it in the fish would scatter...They were afraid of it....LOL..I caught more fish that day with my ole trusted minnow than he did with his expensive lures...

i'd be there if i still lived in deer river MN.. next time if you head that way stop in the bait shop george will hook you up
with what you need live leechs, minnows chubs or what ever he's got, be warned he has two welcome commities

Tessie She Was With Most Of The Time We Just Settled Down Thats All, Fact Neither One Of Us Smoke Or Drink Any More Either. Gary I Put 1000's Of Miles On That #1 When I Work Up There Cutting Would I Kinda Miss Doing That. Oh Ya My Buddy Lived On The Road All The Way Down Were It Turned From Tar To Gravel.

my favorite lure of all times for bass fishing would have to be the hoola popper or the gitter bug and my favorite on for trout would have to be the trout magnet

I've sure caught a lot of Steelhead using those.
