Cool videos Mike!~! I have always heard that Gar wasn't any good to eat. Now I know different. There aren't many Gar here in Northwest Ohio.

Cool videos. Looks like alot of work for not alot of meat kind of like a turtle. I love catching them and bowfin when I go to florida fishing in a creek in the middle of nowhere. It is loaded with them. I have seen some up around 5 and 6 foot long.
