| My grandson uses them for carp fishing he puts two snelled on with a sliding egg sinker.

| ive never used a 3 way swivel !! i just use a standard barrel swivel and use the standard slip sinker rig for cats !! | |

| Never really used them, how the heck do you keep from getting it all tangled when you cast it. Actually, I have used them but for trolling where I just dropped the rig over the side. We used to use them all the time on Lake pepin fishing for white bass. | |

| I use them with long thin nosnag sinkers so if i get hung up i don't loose everthing. GB use a short leader to the hook snd they don't tangle as eaasy. 6inch or less. I sometimes use a 2ft leader to the sinker to hold the bait off the bottom, out of the rocks ans mud. | |

| 3 way swivels just do not seem to work. Instead, Ill use two barrel swivels. Keep your hook leader the same with an added cork to the main line and tie on a weight leader swivel up the line with an over hand knot that you can move up and down the line. | |

| A 3 way might come in handy for floating some bait or freelining some live bait...never used a 3 way though. | |
