Tappan Lake Cats (Ohio) 3-10 & 3-11

Fished Tappan Lake with my dad the last two evenings and the channels are biting.............Ive caught 6 channel cats between 2-4 lbs and dad has landed 6 also in the same size range.........ALL of our fish have come on FRESH cut shad fishing around the creek channels !!!! The fish dont seem to mind the cold temps at all !!!

That is good news. Have not been out myself yet but am hearing of a few coming out of Salt Fork.

Thanks for the update TCBA! I'm looking forward to being able to get out there myself and get some fishing in. Once the waters go down from all the flooding we have around here, and it warms up a bit more, I will be going out myself. Great catches!

Wow thanks for the update Brian, good to hear from you and were the fish are biting, yep some times them cats just plain old get hungry and don't care how cold it is. Congrats on the catches to you and your dad, keep them coming.
