| Over the last month I have butchered 4 deer that were given to me. Ended up with a little over 50 qts of canned deer meat and 12 or 14 roasts in the freezer. Week or so ago got a couple goats that I had planned on butchering BUT those plans got changed. Was looking at Craigslist last night and come across 3 goats for free. Went up today and got them so guess what is going to freezercamp this weekend ? The two from last week are getting a reprieve. Between the deer, the goats, and the chickens I should be set for meat for awhile. The 2 bucks are around 125 - 150 lbs each and the doe is maybe a little less. Buck 1  Buck 2  Doe  | |
