| Well, it's been an up and down season. Weather has been kinda crappy, windy as all get out Saturday, pretty nice Sunday, snowed a little yesterday, and had freezing rain and snow last nite. Roads were terrible this morning, drove 25 miles to my brothers and seen 2 other cars, they were both in the ditch. So far we have 3 does hanging, nothing special but there have only been 2 or 3 of us hunting most of the time. Haven't even taken many pics, but here are a couple. The road we had to drive this morning. The view out my shack window this morning Lukes doe he got this morning. The eyes are a little bugged out, he had to finish it off with a 44 mag to the head. One more day to go, get them cut up, and on to ice fishing. | |

| Yep, John, horn soup never appealed to me either. Normally, we don't shoot a buck unless it will go on the wall, but we were getting a little less picky today. Now my brother has one, and we got 2 in the shed, so if we don't get any more I'll be satisfied. | |

| I have not shot one yet. BUT........ Got one in the freezer that got hit gently by a car in front of the house six weeks ago. Cut him into roasts. AND Just a few moments ago finished butchering a button buck that was shot by an aquaintance that did not want it and it is going in jars tonight or tomorrow. | |
