Bought this 12' Jon-Boat new in April and fixed up with high back seats, a Hummingbird 565 fish finder and trolling motor. That's a window sash weight for an anchor, I have one front and rear. Since this picture I put a 4" pedestal under the rear seat. It's fishes real good in the small lakes I go to.

Yeah, with a 30lb thrust trolling motor(2reverse and 5 forward) it will make a wake lol!
