| When I was a kid Mike, my Dad always cut the heads off of and the guts out of the little Trout that we would catch. Flour them and fry them in oil. You could eat them bones and all that way. But this only worked with the little guy's. I remember my favorite part was those crunchy tail sections. Yum Yum. Jim | |
