Skin Them or Scale Them?

How Do You Go At Cleaning Your Pan-Fish Do You Fillet Them Or Scale Them.


I Fillet 100% Of My Pan-Fish, But When I Was A Kid And Even Now Once In A While Just To Bring Back The Memories I Like To Scale Them And Fry Them Just To Get Them Crunchy Tails YUM YUM YUM.

Fillet them all, but I might try to scale a few next week just to try it again.

Them Crunchy Tail Sure Bring Back The Memories.

When I was a kid Mike, my Dad always cut the heads off of and the guts out of the little Trout that we would catch. Flour them and fry them in oil. You could eat them bones and all that way. But this only worked with the little guy's. I remember my favorite part was those crunchy tail sections. Yum Yum.
