This Is One Of Many Beer Batters That I Use When Deep Frying Any Type Of Fish.

2/3 Can Of Beer
1 1/4 C. Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
2 Egg Yolks (Beaten)
2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Mix Together The Above Ingredients And Let Rest
Before Coating Fish, Add The 2 Beaten Egg Whites And Paprika For Color.
