Ingreadients.
Catfish Cut To Preferred Size Peices.
One Box Shore Lunch For Catfish.
3 Eggs Beaten Well.
1 Can Evaporated Milk,(More If Needed To Cover).
Directions.
Cut Fish To Size And Put In Zip-Lock Bag Gallon Bag, Pour Milk Over Fillets And Soak At Least 6 Hours. Now Just Pan Fry Catfish To Shore Lunch Box Directions And Man O Man Awesome It Was.
