Shoot The Bull

I'll probably take half a day off here and there to rest....

Catch a few of them for me, Salt... I haven't had much time to do much of any fishing this year at all. I've been fishing twice since I moved back up here to Ohio in May. I'm sure you will catch a bunch, you always do!

I'll catch quite a few if the weather says fair.....The only thing I'm worried about is an early winter coming and I plannedd a late Oct trip.

Ut oh! Hope that the early winter don't hit before your trip then. You may be fishing in winter gear LOL....

I'll just have to fish for winter fish like sheepshead and black drum.

I hear ya there..... That will still be some good fishing though... Can't really complain there. hehehe

Get Out The Long Johns I Think You Will Need Them The Way The Almanacs Are Talking.

I've never owned a pair of long johns...I guess I didnt need them.

I hate the thought of long johns, so now I just wear a pair of insulated bibs over my other clothes.

those r nice papa ....got just insulated overalls ...they do the trick ....hopein to do a lil ice fishin this year walkin a lot better ...we will see

I'm thinking about going out during the winter but may change my mind once it starts getting really cold out.

Well, Papa, I think you changed your mind... LOL I don't blame you, I don't ice fish either. Everyone that goes says that it is warm in the shanties; however, I can't bring myself to get out in the cold weather. Rain during the summer time is a different story LOL

We went fishin up intil the water was covered with ice, but with my lick, I DON'T GO OUT ON THE ICE, there could be 50 trucks out there and if I walked out I would break through.

Guess I got time to post something on here, got knocked off a ladder last night so am just taking it easy for a couple of days, didn't look like there was any broken ribs, he said there may a one or two small cracks but if I take it easy for three days other than the bruising I will be fine . Anyboey catching anything??

Holy crap PAPA what were you doing my friend that you were on a ladder, them kinda falls suck when ya hurt your ribs.

dang papa ....them falls dont hurt as much as the sudden stop ....hope ur ok

Sorry to hear about your fall and the sore ribs. Falling off a ladder sucks. Hope you will mend soon so you can get back out there and do some fall fishing!~!

Not a problem bluegill, just a dumb old cuss that shouldn't have been up there in the first place. Sore as a boil but doing ok, thanks ya'll.
