PORTIONS OF WEST CENTRAL THROUGH SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA THIS
AFTERNOON AND EARLY TONIGHT. STRONG SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WINDS AT 25
TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH...WILL DEVELOP OVER THIS AREA BY
MID AFTERNOON AND PERSIST INTO THE EVENING. THUNDERSTORMS ARE
POSSIBLE TODAY ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND WEST CENTRAL

HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. THERE IS A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS
ACROSS MUCH OF THE OUTLOOK AREA FROM TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS
A COLD FRONT MOVES SLOWLY INTO THE AREA. THUNDERSTORMS ARE
