I'm trying to see how far north the fire ants are....They are all over the southeast....Are they in your area?

Besides "fire ants" we call them "piss ants"...Theyll bite the piss outta you.

We have them here big time, i have seen mounds 4 feet high around here.

Never seen a mound that big but I have seen over 100 mounds on one acre or less.

I would have never thought you had them that far north....I always thought they could not survive the freezing ground for very long at one time....
