Anyone ever put some pan sausage on the smoker while you was smoking brisket or something else that took a while? I have done it with OWENS HOT and man I really like it smoked like that!! All you have to do is slice it up after it is smoked real good and store it in the fridge in zip lock bags. when breakfast comes you take a couple of slices out to eat with your eggs ----OOOWEE THAT IS GOOOOOOD!! like sheriff taylor always said
