| I spent the day over at my cousins fishing some farm ponds. I caught 8 bass and missed two. Jake caught two and missed one. The 8 I caught were between 4 and 8 inches and so were Jake's. The one I missed was real nice. They were grabbing it and just sitting there with it. I set the hook and it peeled a little drag before the hook pulled. Little treble hooks and big bass don't really go together. Later I was casting the banks with a spoon and caught this big limb on 8 pound test. High light of the day there.  | |
