Easy Breaded Muskie in Cream Sauce.
Ingredients.
1 lb. Muskie Pike fillets
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter
Sauce.
1 cup heavy cream
Directions.
Mix the egg and the seasonings
Dip the Muskie fillets in the mixture.
Dip the coated fillets in the breadcrumbs.
Saute until fillets are tender (4-5 minutes on a sides)and flake when tested with a fork.
Remove fillets to serving dish.
Deglaze the pan with heavy cream and simmer a few minutes to warm before pouring on the fish.
