Bass Parmesan

Ingredients

2 pounds bass fillets
1 jar your favorite spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sliced onions
I tsp. Powdered garlic
1 tsp. Oregano
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

Put Olive Oil in bottom of baking dish top with fillets.
Add all other ingredients except the Parmesan cheese to the pot and simmer for 15 - 20 Minutes or until fish is tender.
Put on serving dish and top with Parmesan cheese.

Sounds good Mike! I bet this would work with just about any kind of fish though... I may have to try it with bluegill this year. I believe that catfish would be one of those that it didn't work good on..... Thanks for the recipe!

I have not caught many bass of eatable size in my life but finally this guy is learning. Got some last year and have high hopes to catch a lot of them this year. This receipe sounds excellent and I intend on trying it soon. Thank you.
