Mustard Crusted Saugeye.

Ingredients.

Saugeye Or Walleye Fillets.
Flour.
Salt.
Pepper.
Dijon Mustard.

Directions.

Clean And Wash Fish Very Well, Pat Dry With Paper Towels. Next Step Is Place Dijon Mustard In A Large Enough Bowl That Your Fish Will Fit In, Next Mix Flour Salt And Pepper To Your Taste Mix Well In Bowl. Now Coat Fish Fillet With Mustard Then Coat With Flour Mixture, Next Place On Greased Cookie Sheet Now Bake In Oven At 425 Degrees (10 To 12 Minutes) Flip Once 1/2 Way Threw Cooking Time It Is Done When Fork Tender And Flaky. AWESOME FOOD FOLKS.
