I fished the north end of Lake Lanier with my friend from work and we absolutely positively slayed them hands down. We started out the morning tossing chug bugs and sammy's and never switched to anything else the entire day. We landed somewhere between 30 to 40 bass. To top it off the ratio of big fish to grunts was amazing. Id say more than half the spottted bass we caught were good quality fish in the 2 to 4lb range with maybe 5 fish the whole day that werent of legal size. We felt like bass pros out there yesterday lol Everyone else we talked to was having a crappy day with only a few keepers but we managed to pick up what the fish were doing early in the day and they never broke from that pattern. Every spot we pulled into yielded an average of 4 fish with 3 out of the 4 qualifying as a good fish that anyone pro would want in his livewell at some point. It was definitely my best day for bass on lanier and possibly the best overall day for bassin Ive ever had Smile

Sound like great fishing there, thats really nice sizes of spotted bass. I love to fishing them in Arkansas so it was very fun to catch them.
