Buddy That Is Bad I Haven't Seen Anything Like That Around Here For At Least 10 Years, Around Were I Use To Live Was Close To The Minnesota River And When That Thing Floods It's Also Bad. Thanks For Sharing Buddy.

That is terrible; what is the solution in the long term if any. Don't build in the low lands I would expect.

I would say dredge the delta out so it could flow better!!
this is a bad thing when rivers stop flowing !
