Hows it going up at Mille Lacs? Cant get ahold of my buddy must of went to Arizona for winter.

Im going to make some phone calls this weekend and see what i can find out for everyone.

I heard from a guy that got checked on Milacs from the CO that the CO said he has been patroling the lake all winter and has seen 4 walleye caught all year. That sounds pretty poor, I don't know if he meant that 4 were in the slot or not, but still is poor. i went up there on News years and caught a 24.5 " walleye and a few perch out from Eddys. Then back out there after the Extraviganza on gull and it was slow also with no walleye, at least i could drive out with a vehicle that time. i hope it picks up for the tournament this weekend out there so fish get caught besides perch.
