Last night was left over chili... Tonight is going to be baked cornish hens, mashed taters and gravy, brocolli, and...... If I get the ambition, I may make some homemade dinner rolls to go with it!~! YUM YUM!~!

Ok, this is what I made for Jamie and I for supper this evening. Baked cornish hens, homemade gravy and dinner rolls, mashed taters and cheesy brocolli! YUM YUM YUM!~! Believe it or not, that was MY plate and I ate EVERYTHING on it, except for a tad bit of chicken and only 1/2 of my dinner roll.....
